BOB Parties Return with TV's and Ladies FREE
Friday 22nd February marks the return of our popular BOB (Best of Both) parties for Bi-Guys and Bi-Girls. These parties are getting ever more popular so come along and see what you are missing! We have had several requests from TV's wishing to come along, so to entice them to join us we are offering all TV's and Ladies FREE entry to the 22nd party! So, no excuses get on the guest list and come along. For all you TV admirers this promises to be the place to be, so come along and join in the fun!

Following the disastrous
beginning to our 'ticket only' system, with our suppliers
unilaterally pulling the plug on us (thank you ts.com and Nochex!)
we have now sourced alternative suppliers and are currently testing
the system. Whilst we had many positive comments from you about the
concept of ticket only, the initial bookings were somewhat slow
(whilst the site lasted) and we want to know what you really
think.....

For reasons best known to our
supplier, newsletters have not been sent out since December; we
have tried to establish what the issue is with this but to date
have failed. We are working with an alternative supplier and hope
to have these issues resolved shortly. Mean while we will continue
to post latest news up on the web site from the home page click the
'NEWS' icon. So visit the frequently to ensure you don't miss out!

A big (albeit a little late) welcome to 2008!
We have not had the best start to 2008, with several issues with our suppliers causing problems with the ticketing, web site and membership upgrades; and having to cancel a couple of January parties.
But we will fight back! Making us bigger and better in 2008, hope you are along for the ride.....
New Years Eve Charity Party
What can we say; a fantastic
night, great crowd, fantastic fireworks (thank you to Richard),
and we managed to raise over £400 for the NSPCC - Brilliant. It
was especially good to see so many of you dressed in Dinner
jackets for the occasion, and the ladies looking gorgeous as
ever, thank you to you all.
We did have one unhappy guest however, who's dinner jacket was taken by mistake (although the guest seems to think it was 'stolen'; bless him.....). So, gents can I ask you once again to just check under suit carrier that the jacket does actually match the trousers! We have a Pierre Cardin jacket left at the house and the missing item is a 'Next' item.

Bi-Females Party
Sadly we had to cancel our second Bi-Females party recently due to a poor take up. This was bitterly disappointing for those who had booked in early to attend and indeed for us. We had planned the second of these parties because of the massive amount of enthusiasm shown by lots of you ladies, but sadly when it came down to booking for the party we only had a handful of guests willing to give it a go. We felt therefore that it was better to cancel the party. We do not plan to host another Bi-females party in the immediate future as it would appear the demand just is not there. However if we are able to attract greater numbers we may be persuaded to give it another go! So go on girls get rallying out there and find some more ladies to give it a go.
SJ Web Site Issues
LOGIN ISSUES - As some of you
are already aware we have recently experienced a problem with
our main database, and as a result some accounts have lost some
data (images) and some have been experiencing login difficulties.
We believe the majority of accounts have been reinstated and you
should now be able to login as normal, if your account is missing
it is because you registered after the last back up date and we can
only apologise but you will need to re-create your account and
profile.
UPGRADE ISSUES - For those trying to 'upgrade' their accounts to Gold status, we have also had some difficulties with our payment provider - For reasons only known to our supplier 'Nochex' they withdrew our payment facilities without notice on the 3rd January by email as below;
"Regrettably, a commercial decision has been taken by Nochex not to allow certain accounts undertaking various activities to remain operational. Unfortunately, your account has been included within the parameters set for closure and we must therefore advise you that your Nochex account has been closed."
Seemingly we are all such naughty people wanting to indulge in sexual activities which are apparently morally reprehensible! We are trying to find an alternative supplier and thank you for your patience whilst we do so.
For those of you who have previously been Gold members and your account is due for renewal, please email us from your registered email address to gold@swingersjunction.co.uk stating your login name and we shall manually upgrade your account until we are able to resolve the payment issues. Please be patient with us as this is a manual process and does take time.
New Ticketing System
As you may remember we had
intended that all parties as from January 2008 would be 'ticket
only'; however our ticketing portal supplier (www.ts.com) has also
decided that our lifestyle is morally wrong and has withdrawn our
account! So, all parties until further notice will revert to the
old booking system with only the 'on-the-door' payment option. We
are looking for an alternative supplier with less blinkered
approach to life and plan to reintroduce the ticketing system once
they have been found.
Single Guys
Just a reminder that our Couples Only parties are now just that, no single guys may attend, even as sponsored guests - the good news is that they are welcome to come along with the couple to our Singles & Couples parties which we plan to hold more frequently from now on. And Guys just in case you are thinking of roping some lady in to accompanying you just so you can come along to the Couples only parties, please remember the spirit of the parties is for Couples, so you should stay with and play with your partner......
